Purpose of the position:
  • Project Manager is responsible for managing and producing projects within the agency through all key stages of the production process.
  • Making sure that each project is delivered on time to the highest possible standard.
  • Building a strong rapport with colleagues and suppliers.
  • Supporting creatives and client services.
  • Production planning, development realistic production planning timing plans and task at hand and follow through.
  • Thinking ahead and proactively anticipating solutions.
  • Disseminating supplier information.
  • Accurate and competitive quoting.
  • Facilitated flawless production of projects with agency’s required profit margin in mind.
  • Flawlessly managing reconciliation’s, paperwork and filling.
  • Work to improve production knowledge of client service and creative.
  • Managing tight financial criteria on client’s business based on relevant fee/ non-fee structures.

Key Responsibility:
  • To be an assertive negotiator with outside suppliers, providing the best value for money management of costs in the industry.
  • To attend the weekly OPS meetings.
  • To ensure quick and accurate cost reconciliations on completion of projects/job and manor internal costs to ensure these are all accounted for and within budgets.
  • Working closely with operational team to ensure that all the projects are scheduled and delivered.
  • Assist Operational Director in driving other disciplines’ timing through organizing and running time sheet management against fee and non-fee client business.
  • Understand and facilitate the integration between all departments.
  • Ensure that all the creative work is from layout stage signed off by all the relevant parties pertaining to the project , i.e. Creative Directors, Client Services and Clients.
  • Source the most suitable supplier in conjunction with the with Creative Director.
  • Monitoring creative briefings, reviews and presentations.
  • Facilitate problem solving.
  • Suitably tertiary qualifications.
  • At least eight years agency experience.
  • Previous experience as the Project Manager running a portfolio of accounts.
  • Proficiency in through the line communication, e.g.: ATL, BTL, CRM, Promotions and Digital.
  • PC Literacy is essential (All MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Chase).
  • Sound business acumen.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Organising, planning, control and administrative skills are essentail.
  • Excellent, open and confident communicator.
  • Must be result orientated.
