The successful candidate will be responsible for all the requirements within H&O, tracking of all financial processes, comprehensive filling system of all documentation, general housekeeping, tracking of financial payments, taking care of bookings of all travel requirements, opening job bags, charge bags on Chase, reconciliations of jobs, billing instructions, raising of cost estimates off information supplied, basic secretarial duties.
