Neo Mashigo

Neo re-joined the O&M family from Draftfcb, where he looked after Vodacom, Old Mutual, Wimpy, Lotto, SARS and Tiger Brands.

He started his career at Network BBDO, and proceeded to move to O&M where he was Creative Group Head. From there Neo worked at the SABC as a scriptwriter. It was in 2012 that Neo won the New Broom Award at Financial Mail Adfocus for his efforts in leading the movement to transform SA vernacular radio advertising and for his achievements in attracting and inviting exceptional talent into the industry.

He sits on the Creative Circle Executive and is also a member of the Loerie Committee.  Some of Neo’s creative highlights include working on campaigns for Vodacom including Player 23 and the We’ve Been Having It campaigns.

He was also the voice behind the Bafana-Bafana campaign that won best campaign at the 2010 global Vodafone advertising awards.
