The role of the Digital Creative Director is to grow and mentor a team with clear communication, feedback and expectations and also to be a key strategic thinker that always inspires and creates proactivity within the team. The CD must be able to provide clear decision making in crisis situations, provide agile and thought through solutions, ensure ongoing energy and be an inspiration to a team .
The Creative Director will work with the creative team of designers, copywriters and production studio, thereby balancing creative thinking with interpersonal skills, demonstrate an ability to work with the team to successfully create the concepts to visual expression.
The ideal candidate should be able to lead the team through multiple on-going timelines, be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications skills. Overall, someone who is a Fresh Thinker and who embraces challenges as well as new methods of thinking.
As a Creative Director you will grow & lead our passionate, multi-talented studio guiding the agency to deliver and encourage award winning integrated concepts to exceed client briefs and expectations.Our Creative Directors are an important contact point in the agency, so they can expect to be craft led, strategically aware, platform neutral designers with a desire to transform companies by creating beautiful, intuitive, and human products and experiences.
