CAPE TOWN, April, 19, 2013 – Ogilvy & Mather Cape Town (O&M CT) is ranked top in the Creative Circle’s final 2012 creative rankings, with Ogilvy & Mather Johannesburg in third place.
“We received awards for our digitally-led integrated campaigns. So our results are proof, in part, of our business agenda, which is to grow our digital potency and our ability to integrate that with other aspects of our work,” explained MD of O&M CT, Gavin Levinsohn.
For the past four years, Ogilvy & Mather SA has been investing in its digital capability as well as educating and up-skilling staff at a company-wide level via the ODMA (Ogilvy Digital Marketing Academy). “And it’s paying off,” says Levinsohn. “We ended 2012 as the most awarded agency in South Africa, and we’ve started 2013 on a strong note with VW StreetQuest recently included in the prestigious Communication Arts Interactive annual.”
